Another great addition to the amazing items we want for the loft. It comes from the heads of Art Lebedev Studios. Simple concept, a “Folder” to put your files into. Brilliant.
No specs or details on how much memory it will hold. No info on how to buy it… But i want one!

To Twitter or Not to Twitter? That is the question.
I’m pretty sure many of you are familiar with it, or at least heard of it. But what is it for? As Twitter themselves explains it:
Twitter is a community of friends and strangers from around the world sending updates about moments in their lives. Friends near or far can use Twitter to remain somewhat close while far away. Curious people can make friends. Bloggers can use it as a mini-blogging tool. Developers can use the API to make Twitter tools of their own. Possibilities are endless!
Ok, so you can send short updates using your mobile, IM or on the web… but what is it and what is it for? Any use for it? Most of my friends and peeps I told about it don’t tink so. But I do.

For the last few years we have all turned to Adobe Photoshop for all of our imaging needs. For those who know how to use it its great! For those who aren’t willing to spend $800 to mess around with family photos or maybe the seasoned professional who loves open source application. Well Pixelmator could be for you unfortunately I don’t have details on if it’s going to be a free app or when exactly it will be released but I do know it has almost all the features as Photoshop & it’s the first image editing program to run off of your GPU… NICE. I will be keeping an eye out for this and I plan to do a full write-up when it comes out.

These are the voyages of the Hubble Telescope. Its continuing mission, to explore strange new worlds… and take great images of them. And in HubbleSite.com, they are all available to you, even in HiRes!!!
This site won a Webby Award, as well as the People’s Voice Award. The imagery is amaizing. And the fact that all those images and resources are available to you for free is great. The Home Decor Wall Murals makes it a MUST for the loft!
Take a minute and go thru their Gallery.
